Rhythmic Gymnastics
A combination of gymnastics, ballet, and modern dance, rhythmic gymnastics is known as the most beautiful and spectacular of the Olympic sports.
This class develops girls’ muscles and improves flexibility, balance, endurance and ability to withstand pain.

Teacher
Svetlana Littrell
In 1981, Svetlana completed the Sports Academy at Omsk, Russia. She was a member of the Siberian rhythmic gymnastics team, and received the standing of Master of Sports in 1980. In 1986 she completed the Gertzen Federal Pedagogical University in St. Petersburg, and worked for over 10 years at the Sports Academy as a rhythmic gymnastics coach.
She moved to Denver in 1998, and has been with the Center since 2002.
