There will be NO makeup classes for student absences. If a teacher is unable to attend a class, a makeup session may be scheduled at teacher's discretion, however if a student misses such a session, there will be no additional makeup opportunity. This does not exempt the student from any tuition.

The Center will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, December 31st, and January 1st.

If a student leaves the Center for any reason, his/her spot is reserved for a period of one month. After that period has expired, a new registration fee will be charged should the student choose to return.

All fees are set by the Board of Directors.

Monthly tuition is due the date of the last class in the preceding month. All payments received after the 5th of the month will incur a $2 per day late payment charge.

Payment for the last month of the academic Year (May) is due prior to April 30th.

Parents are responsible for paying for their children's Annual Performance costumes.
