Sport Aerobics
This class lets children practice a sport and dance at the same time. They internalize the essential elements of rhythmic and athletic gymnastics, acrobatics, and of beautiful movement set to music.

Teacher
Irina Bagurina
Irina has a certification of “Master of Sports” in rhythmic gymnastics and aerobics, and has been on the Russian team in both sports.
In 1985, she completed the Special Academy for Physical Education and Sports. She is certified as a Highest Class Trainer, and has trained dozens of masters of sport and professional coaches, among whose number is her daughter, Emilia.
She began to work at the Center in 2004.
Teacher assistant
Emiliya Bagurina
Emilia has been actively training in sports since she was 4 years old. She is a Master of Sports in aerobics, and has won first place in numerous competitions and championships in Russia and Europe.
Before she moved to the US, she worked together with her mother for 3 years in London by special invitation.
